Roberts Rewards at Roberts Motors Ford

                  Roberts Rewards is complimentary with the purchase or lease of any vehicle from Roberts Motors.            Exchange Policy: Vehicle must be physically returned to Roberts Motors within 3 calendar days of delivery date with no more than 300 additional miles and with no alterations or damage; originally purchased/leased vehicle may be exchanged for another vehicle from dealer stock only. Limit one exchange per customer. Specialty vehicles, such as GT500s, Raptors, Dark Horse Mustangs, Mach1s and any other limited production models are excluded.

            2 Years Oil Changes: includes oil changes at manufacturer recommended intervals (every 7,500 miles) for 2 years from date of purchase; includes up to 6 qts of manufacturer approved oil, new oil filter, labor and disposal fees; retail value varies from $39.95 to $89.95; excludes diesels & specialty vehicles and fleet sales; non-transferable, maximum of 2 per year.

 

Loaner Vehicles: available with scheduled service visit that requires keeping vehicle overnight; customer must reserve loaner vehicle at time of setting appointment; vehicles available on a first-come, first-served basis and only for vehicles in for service that were purchased at Roberts Motors by current owner.

Car Washes: Available with every service visit; includes basic exterior wash only.(Weather Permitting)

Roadside Assistance: supplied by Ford Motor Company on new vehicles for the first 5 years/60,000 miles; available on pre-owned vehicles when still covered by original vehicle manufacturer; see dealer for details; program subject to change by Ford Motor Company without notice.

Shuttle Service: available from 8am-6pm Monday thru Friday within 15 miles of dealership; must notify dealership of need for shuttle ride when scheduling appointment.

Multi Point Inspections, Tire & Brake Checks: performed during every service visit and available without an appointment during normal service hours. Excludes fleet and vehicles sold as is.
